You have up to 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, exchange, or cancellation of your purchase.

To be accepted, the product must be returned:

✔️ With all accessories and gifts included
✔️ In perfect box condition, without damage or signs of use
❗ Items that do not meet these criteria may be refused and sent back to the customer.
🚚 Who covers the return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Nyettra Semi-jewels does not cover shipping or reshipping costs in cases of regret or cancellation.

Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit for the item(s) returned, excluding shipping, handling, insurance, and payment processing fees, where applicable.
